Live long and prosper  


The passing of Leonard Nimoy last Friday hit me really hard. He may be gone, but never forgotten. There was a beautiful tribute for Nimoy and of course his character Spock at Star Trek Online. ♥ I've also loved him a lot for his character William Bell in Fringe. I will miss him ...

Since I didn't know, that he was so ill, his death took me by surprise as well. It's very sad to loose one of my heros and a truly remarkable actor and human being. TOS was my key to fandomness (is that even a word?) and I think there's barely anyone in the world who doesn't know Mr.Spock. I guess he's now with Scotty and Bones. LLAP

Ich hab es auch erst am Samstag erfahren und war vollkommen geschockt. Ich wusste, dass er krank war. Aber irgendwie wurde das normal und er machte ja auch weiter und twitterte etc., so dass ich dem keine übermäßige Sorge beimaß. Und dann las ich es in der Shoutbox bei mir auf TrekNation und war ganz fassungslos.

Allmählich verlässt uns das alte TOS Team.
