Da wir momentan dabei sind alle Websites auf unseren neuen Server umzuziehen, habe ich die Möglichkeit auch gleich genutzt und für World of X ein neues Layout gemacht. Schließlich läuft am 8. Februar die Mini-Staffel an, das wollte ich dann quasi u.a. mit einem neuen Layout feiern.

Ich werde mir die neuen Episoden auf jeden Fall anschauen. Muss aber rausfinden, wo ich die im OT sehen kann. Habe gelesen, dass Benjamin Völz sich nicht mehr als Mulders Stimme gewinnen ließ (wie auch schon im I want to Believe Film) und das geht für mich gar nicht. Ich habe Akte-X bis zur 8. Staffel immer nur auf deutsch gesehen und bin erst dann auf englisch umgestiegen. Duchovny nuschelte mir immer zu viel. ^^ Aber ich bevorzuge dann doch OT, bevor ich mir Mulder mit einer anderen Synchro antue.

Wie steht es mit euch? Schaut sich irgendjemand auf meiner Flist auch die neuen Episoden an?

Well, it's been a while since the last time I've revamped my very first website World of X. Although I'm no longer into The X-Files (at least not in xf fanfics) I keep the archive up and running for all the other fans. Can't believe it's 14 years now! Can you believe this?

Anyway. It's still running on efiction until my hubby's script is ready for beta testing. And I thought it's time to make WoX responsible. It's based on the same layout I've created a few weeks ago for efiction.

Today was the funeral of my husbands grandmother. It's always a strange feeling when someone died and you have to say goodbye, but today was really weird. My mother in law cried - she lost her mom - and I was just standing there thinking: God finally it's over. My mother in law was taking care of her mom for years and she almost crushed under the weight. Now she is 'free' again. And that was the only thing I had in mind. Don't misunderstand me, I liked granny. Not as much as my grandmothers, but I liked her.



I'm not sure I'm gonna miss her, because we've never been really close. What I'm gonna miss are the old stories she was telling me every now and then. The love story of my hubby's parents, the baby stories of my hubby and so on. She survived the world war and loads of bullshit. She never had a easy life and she never was happy again after she lost her husband circa eight years ago. I think they are reunited now, where ever they are.

Well, I had a lot of time this morning and I needed to think of something else than the funeral.
That is why I created a new, shippy skin for my baby World of X
