Oh wow, me too! I always hesitated to buy the DVDs because they were way too expensive here.
So besides that you have the whole series one reason for me to buy a series on DVD are the extras (Gag Reel, BTS, interviews etc.). That's why I tend to buy the original versions because they usually have the most and best extras. This box - as nice as the wrapping is - has no extras at all. That's a huge flaw for me though.
But christmas is soon - you need to prep your family;)
Well, MLD is not one of those shows I want to see bloops, making of etc. I just think it's not that interesting, because they don't use special effects and stuff that is THAT cool. As for a sci-fi show like any Trek show oder B5, Farscape and so on I would die without specials.
And yay, Christmas is upcoming but also is my birthday in October. *hrhr*
